Why EFT

Because It Works!

A substantial body of research suggests EFT is effective across cultures. After 10-12 sessions, 70% to 75% of couples move from distress to recovery, and 90% show significant improvement (Johnson et al., 1999).

Secure Connections

EFT is not about finding out who is “right” or who is “wrong”. It’s focused on creating secure emotional connection between partners.

New Patterns of Relating

EFT empowers couples to break rigid, negative interaction patterns and replace them with fluid, empathic interactions that lead to permanent change.
